Due to our fast growing needs, the Prince William County/Manassas Convention and Visitors Bureau is looking for a new member to join our team. We are the leader in marketing, promoting and developing Prince William County and Manassas as a tourism, leisure and corporate destination.
We are seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide staff support working specifically with the President/CEO and the Office Manager. The primary position responsibilities include managing the President/CEO’s appointment calendar and providing clerical assistance for assigned projects such as Board meeting preparation, organization of documents for annual audit, organizing and maintaining filing systems, preparation for special events, compiling monthly reports and providing customer service to visitors to our county.
We are looking for a team member who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent with follow-through on projects, and can manage multiple projects with ease.
