Ben Lomond Historic Site

The Slave Quarter at Ben Lomond is one of only three to survive to this day in Prince William County. Visitors can participate in an exclusive opportunity to spend the night in the original slave quarter. Historians and interpreters will provide information regarding the people who lived, worked and survived at Ben Lomond. This program lasts from 7 p.m. tonight (2/23/18) to 8 a.m. tomorrow (2/24/18). The cost is $75 per person and reservations are required. Please call 703-367-7872 for additional information or to make a reservations.

Visitors of the Underground Railroad: Network to Freedom exhibit will learn about Leesylvania State Park’s rich and diverse history. Associated with the flight of runaway slaves the Leesylvania property will offer displays and exhibitions illustrating their inclusion in the underground railroad. This exhibit is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
